Bruce is a partner at Nomi-Takaichi, LLP with over twenty five
years of combined experience in both public accounting and private accounting, including
working  as a Tax Manager at Deloitte
& Touche, LLP and as the Director of Tax , Risk Management and Credit &
Collections at Xicor, Inc.  Bruce's
experience  includes servicing privately
and publicly held corporations, partnerships, trusts, non-profit organizations  and high net worth individuals. 

Bruce has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from
San Jose State University and Master of Business of Administration in Finance
from Golden Gate University.   He is licensed
as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California
Society of Certified Public Accounts.
