Mark joined Nomi * Takaichi, LLP in 2015 after being Director of Tax at Spansion, Inc. and then Cypress Semiconductor. Prior to that Mark was a partner at Armanino, LLP. He has 17 years of experience specializing in compliance and consulting for individuals, high-tech start-ups, venture capital funds, and large multi-national corporations. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Hawaii. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, his Juris Doctorate and his Master’s of Accounting from Gonzaga University as well as receiving his L.L.M in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
